Melvyn I. Mark
Melvyn I. Mark was admitted to the California bar in 1964. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 1959 (Order of the Coif and Assistant Editor of the law review), he served as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the U. S Department of Justice under the Attorney General’s Honors program. He moved to California in 1963 to be a tax associate in the then named Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. He is a member by invitation of both The American College of Trusts and Estates and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He serves as legal counsel and corporate director for, and is a past or present President of The Herbst Foundation, Inc., the Edward M. Nagel Foundation and the Olympic Club Foundation.
